2) Appointments and cancellations
- Appointment times are subject to availability and confirmation by our team after you submit a request.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other customers.
3) Mobile services
Some services may be available as mobile/on-site services. Availability depends on the service type, location, conditions, and scheduling.
For mobile appointments, you agree to provide:
- Safe and legal access to the vehicle
- Adequate space to perform the work
- Any necessary permissions (e.g., property/parking authorization)
4) Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and the requested service. You are responsible for removing valuables and personal items from the vehicle before service.
5) Payments and refunds
Payment terms (accepted payment methods, deposits, and timing) will be communicated during booking or at the time of service.
Refunds, if applicable, may depend on the service performed, materials used, and the condition of the vehicle. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
6) Warranty and limitations
Any warranty coverage depends on:

- Your vehicle condition and maintenance
- Manufacturer terms (where applicable)
We do not guarantee outcomes that are affected by pre-existing damage, hidden defects, prior repairs, or conditions outside our control.
